OUR BEAUTIFUL 1963 VINTAGE
BEDFORD CA ICE CREAM VAN 'BELLE'

From the moment we found her in 2011 in somebody's garden shed, Belle has been a real labour of love. Originally a "Smiths of Gateshead" ice cream van conversion in 1963, we've made sure to retain all of the beautiful original features that make Belle so special. A couple of our personal favourites are the classic Morrison's 'balloon man' ceiling and original Tonibell cow on the roof. We've also fitted her with a generator so that she can run without electric and installed a classic Carpigani soft ice cream machine so that she can serve our signature 99 flakes.

Since her completion in 2012, Belle has brought a smile to hundreds of faces. She really does excite and amaze people at weddings, parties, festivals, classic car shows and seaside locations.
