Over the past 50 years, Scoff & Sip have attended thousands of events, catering for smaller occasions with just 100 guests right up to large scale events with 20,000. We specialise in ice cream van and mobile catering van hire for festivals, fetes, fairs, fundraisers, car shows, weddings, private parties, corporate events and celebrations of all sizes and can provide you with single or multiple vehicles as either a complimentary/all inclusive style package or as a standard arrangement with public/paying guests.

Hiring an ice cream van or hot food van for a corporate event is a great way to motivate or reward your employees and attract new customers. 

We offer a bespoke corporate hire service that can be tailored to the specific needs of your organisation. For a set fee, we can organise events such as an ice cream or hot food give-away at your office from both modern and vintage vehicles depending on your requirements and budget.

WEDDINGS

Our vintage ice cream vans and catering vans are the perfect addition to weddings or engagement parties and not only offer your guests a fabulous alternative to a sit-down meal or dessert but will also serve as a gorgeous back drop to your wedding photos. With their pretty bunting and beautiful hand-painted sign writing in pastel colours, our vans will complement any theme perfectly. 

Our vintage ice cream van wedding package includes: 

  • Our signature soft vanilla whip ice cream served with Cadburys flakes on waffle cones or in little pots with spoons. 

  • A variety of luxury toppings. 

  • A selection of retro ice lollies. 

  • Up to two hours hours of serving time - when we serve is up to you. In the past many of our customers have has us at their drinks reception or as their dessert after the wedding breakfast.

Please note that for events more than 20 miles from where we are based (ME3 8RE), our hire fees start from £500 + VAT for modern ice cream van hire and £700 + VAT for vintage ice cream van hire. We do not offer a 'price per head' for this service.  The price will vary depending on your number of guests, the date and location.
